Construction of substantial landscape works in busy public environments requires efficiency, organisation and cooperation. Bondi Beach, Tamarama Beach and Bondi Junction are such places.

As one of our valued local government clients, Waverley Council has awarded construction projects to ULP when work had to be completed on challenging sites and to strict deadlines.

• ULP built Clementson Playground in the heart of Bondi Junction to the highest industry standards on programme, to meet the Council’s non-negotiable Opening Ceremony date.
• Tamarama Beach Playground was built during a short window of time between the end of the Sculptures by the Sea Exhibition and the start of the 2010 Christmas holidays, on time and on budget.
• Bidigal Reserve, Bondi Beach sits 20m from the sand at North Bondi. ULP demolished and rebuilt the popular picnic and BBQ area on programme and with minimal disruption to the public. Superior traffic management and Site Safety Management Plans ensured worker and public safety was never compromised.
