Michael Gerrard
AILA LCA Managing Director

Michael graduated from Landscape Architecture at UNSW in 1989 and also has a Horticulture III Certificate (Landscape). With a passion for both design and construction in equal measure, he started landscape design and construction in 1990. Michael built ULP from the ground up, having never worked anywhere else on a full time basis, ever.

I learnt as we went along, and met many helpful people on the way.

20 years on, ULP is an industry success thanks to the advice, time and effort of all those who did help along the way, and the valued contribution made by every person who has worked for ULP.

Carin Gerrard
BA Dip Ed. Finance Director

Carin has more than 20 years experience as Finance Manager at ULP. People say, “Working with your spouse must be difficult at times!” They’re right. But nobody manages company finances as well as an owner of the business, backed by the advice of a good accountant.

Nathan Hunter
Hort Cert III (Landscape) Construction Manager

Nathan joined ULP in 2007 after working at a very large landscape construction company since his first year as an apprentice. Nathan brought with him a strong ambition to develop a career in landscape construction management, to compliment his outstanding trade and organisational skills. Nathan, backed by his previous experience, added a new, more pragmatic voice to the management of ULP.
