ULP staff understand that our clients, or prospective clients, are the most important people with whom they have contact during their working day.

Quality

Quality is non-negotiable at ULP. Sub-standard work is removed and replaced, and we make a point of discovering and examining the reason for the inferior result, and then we take the time to rectify it. This system allows us to constantly improve our service and workmanship.

Efficiency

Efficiency works hand in hand with quality. Both must exist for a ULP project to be successful. Efficiency is achieved through superior design, tendering, programming, project management and trade skills. Therefore, ULP has excellent systems addressing all areas of production to ensure efficiency is integrated into all stages of the design and construction process.

Safety

ULP’s Safety Management Plan is one of the best and most user-friendly systems in the industry and the result of a long and exhaustive design process. It has been endorsed by some of the toughest critics in the industry including NSW Public Works, where ULP is pre-qualified for projects up to half a million dollars.
